PT Bank Syariah BCA initiated from a commercial bank named PT Utama International Bank (PT Bank UIB) based in Jakarta. In 2009, PT Bank Central Asia Tbk acquired PT Bank UIB which then performs the conversion process to business activities of Islamic banks, with the name of PT Bank Syariah BCA. Of the conversion process, on April 5, 2010, PT Bank Syariah BCA officially opened.In order to realize the Vision and Mission BCA Syariah, funding a variety of products, services and pembiyaan have been developed and marketed to the public. Responsibilities:

    
Duties and Responsibilities
        
Create and implement a monthly work plan for a potential customer searches based on a predetermined target
        
Support the marketing of products (funds, services and other products) by offering an alternative right products, in accordance with customer needs
        
Providing a quality service to customers who come to the branch in accordance with the provisions and procedures
        
Exploring the needs of customers
        
Provide information / explanation to date to customers / non customers
        
Receiving the petition:
            
Account opening.
            
Closure of accounts
            
Granting / withdrawing the facility
            
Changes in customer data and account data
            
Other bank services
        
Do cross selling of products and services
        
Questions serve customer account balances and transfers that come into the branch
        
Serving the printing of transaction / decision-book Cheque / BG, Bilyet Deposits, repulsion clearing slips, bank statements, passport card BCA Sharia and other matters relating to the interests of customers
        
Create manual journal transactions that occurred in the Customer Service
        
Handle and follow up on complaints / customer complaintsRequirements:

Knowledge of Islamic banking products.
    
Knowledge of Anti-Money Laundering Program and the Prevention of Terrorism Financing for Commercial Banks.
    
Have a minimum of 3 years experience as a Customer Service Bank, preferably has experience as a Customer Service at BCA
