Credit Fulfilment Supervisor
Surabaya (Jawa Timur)
Responsibilities:
The
Credit Fulfilment Officer will primarily be in charge of preparing
offering letter for the parties, accompanying the signing ceremony,
monitoring the original document from Notary and reporting to management
for the current status as of per customer. The role holder will check
the completeness of documentation of Mortgage loan before, during, and
after the signing ceremony.
You will also confirm to the parties
concerned about insurance, notary, and the other bank (for take over
facility) the debtor on the credit facility until the signing ceremony
held. Monitoring and reporting weekly & monthly customers who have
not implemented pending of signing ceremony, the completion of the
original document from the notary will also be your responsibility.
Requirements:
We
are looking for candidates with experience in processing mortgage legal
and good supervisory skills. Bachelor degree in Law is preferable.
